It is a less famous trekking route than long treks like Annapurna Circuit Trek, and Annapurna Base Camp Trekking, However, the Mardi Himal Base camp Trekking is worth every penny. It is one of the most exciting and adventurous trek routes in Nepal. The Trekking is unfortunately an unseen game that not many tourists know about trail. Situated near Mt: Machhapuchhre, Mardi Himal is one of the lesser-known mountains. However, the trail to this trek is quite extraordinary to walk with stunning views along the way follows the interfluous ridge between the Modi Khola and Mardi Khola valleys and so beautiful views. The Mardi Himal base camp trek is an adventure that everyone can enjoying. The route takes you through some of the most beautiful valleys in the world, including Pitamber, Deurali, and Badal danda ridges, as well as rhododendron forest. The Rhododendron flowers blooms in months of Feb, mar, April usually and according to the same, differences can be seen in different places. You can see beautiful view of mountain along red forest filled with rhododendrons at that time.
OPTION: Winter is also an for a Mardi hiking. However, you must bring appropriate equipment such as decent hiking shoes, Trekking shoes, warm clothing, down jackets, and microspikes. Day 02Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara Deurali (1926m)Early morning flight to Pokhara and same day drive to Kande, where your Trekking began, the trek to Deurali (1925m, about 4,5 hours trek). Overnight at the Tea house.
Day 03Deurali to Low Camp (2986m) 5,6 hours After trekking for about four hours, you will stop for lunch at Forest Camp It takes 5, 6 hours to trek from Pitan Deurali to the Low Camp, and overnight stay at the Lodge.
Day 04Low Camp to High Camp (4705m) 4, 5 hours.Day there will be spectacular views of Machhapuchhre ahead and Annapurna South to the left. Because panorama views. The trek to High Camp (3550m). Overnight stay at the tea house.
Day 05Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4505m) 4,5 hours Today we will have hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4505m) and back to High Camp on this excursion. Approximately four to five hours we will be needed to complete the round trips. Alternatively, you can hiking to a viewpoint about halfway and back to High Camp if you don't want to trek all the way to Mardi Himal. Trek down to Badal Danda (3210m), and then overnight stay at a tea house
Day 06Annapurna Region TrekkingAnnapurna Region Trekking Rest day in pokhara. Today early in the morning we drive to Sarangkot hill to see the sunrise over the mountain in the rear view. After seeing sunrise we drive back to Hotel have breakfast and whole day we will explore the Pokhara city which includes Gupteswor Cave, David Fall, Seti River Gorge, Mountain Museum and last but not the least do boating in Fewa lake and go to Barahi Temple. Pokhara offers the magnificent vista of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Machhapuchhare , surrounding view of these mountains from Sarangot and Paragliding starting from this place along with many others. Pokhara is also the gateway to Annapurna Region . In the evening we will walk around the lakeside in Pokhara. Over night stay in Pokhara at Hotel (B B )
Day 06Mardi Himal Base Camp to Siding Village ( 5, 6 hours Today Trekking to Siding village for 5, 6 hours hike, and drive back to Pokhara. There is also the option of extending it one more day. If you add one day to your trek, you will trek from Siding and drives back to Pokhara over night at hotel in Lakeside.

Day 09Ghorepani, Annapurna Base Camp and Mardy Himal Trek OPTION: Ghorepani, Annapurna Base Camp and Mardy Himal Trek Day 15 Trekking Itinerary Annapurna Region Trekking Day 01: Arrive at Tribubhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, (1,300m Transfer to the hotel, will organize a Welcome Dinner at an excellent traditional Nepalese restaurant where we enjoy a Nepalese cultural program as well as a fine meal. Included meal: Dinner (B, B ) Day 02: Flight Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m/: 25 min. Transfer to Kathmandu’s domestic airport for a morning flight to Pokhara along the Himalayan Range. Transfer to your hotel. Afternoon stroll around Lake City Pokhara and final trek preparation. Overnight in Pokhara( B.B Day 03: Pokhara to Nayapul to Tikhedhunga (1,495m/4 ,905ft)- Ulleri (1,950m/1½ hrs drive (45 km), 5-6 hrs trek, 10 km. After early morning breakfast, drive along the zigzag route to Nayapul where we commence our trek to Birethanti, a large and prosperous riverside village at the confluence of the Modi and Bhurungdi Kholas (streams). We hike up to Sudame along the off road and then climb gradually up the side of the valley, Tikhedhunga. Cross suspension metal bridge and steep ascent on stone staircases to the village of Ulleri – and an amazing landscape of valley floor where we came during the day with marvelous views of Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. Overnight in Ulleri at Lodge (L.D.B Day 04: Tikhedhunga, Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,850m: 5-6 hours ~11km. After breakfast, our pleasant trekking begins through rhododendron and oak forests. The scenery will give you the energy to continue up the steps as you immerse yourself in the walk. After a few hours and with several breaks we reach Ghorepani. Upper Ghorepani (Deurali) where we stay in this trip, offers fantastic views of Dhaulagiri and the Annapurna Himalayas. Overnight in Ghorepani at Lodge ( L.D.B) Day 05: Walk up Poon hill (3,210m/ Ghorepani to Tadapani (2,520m/7-8 hours12km. Make a pre-dawn start for the 45 minute walk up Poon hill (3,210m/10,530ft); through rhododendron forest. From the grassy top of the hill there is an unobstructed panoramic view of the high Himalayas stretching from far western Dolpo, and Dhaulagiri (8,172m/26,812ft), the Annapurna Range in the north, including Machhapuchhare (Fish Tail) and on to Manaslu (8,163m/26,783ft) in the northeast. To the south, the mist slowly rises from the flatlands towards India. After countless photographs, walk back to Ghorepani for breakfast.The eastward trail to Tadapani crosses numerous ridges through thick pine and rhododendron forest with occasional flat sections and wonderful views of the snow peaks to the north from high ground. Overnight in Tadapani at Lodge( L.D.B Day 06: Tadapani to Chhomrong (2,112m/5-6 hours 12km. The trail turns north to Chiule before dropping to cross the Kimrong Khola on a suspension bridge and then gradually climbs into the forested Modi Khola Valley that carries glacial melt waters from the Annapurna Sanctuary. After lunch at the Gurung village of Talung, undulate for another 1½hrs, sometimes on stair cases up to the charming agricultural village of Chhomrong: the largest settlement in the valley. Views of the upper valley plus Annapurna South and Himal Chuli gradually come into view. Overnight in Chhomrong at Lodge( L.D.B Day 07: Chhomrong to Himalaya Hotel (2,920m/ 6-7 hours 12km. After breakfast, the trail drops to cross the Chhomrong Khola and then ascends to the pretty village of Sinuwa. Thereafter the trail enters the upper Modi Khola Valley through dense forests of cane, rhododendron and oak. It rises then drops to the village of Bamboo (2,310m/7,580ft) on the banks of the river: a prefect lunch spot. After lunch, continue up through uninhabited forest to Dobhan, later crossing several avalanche chutes before reaching the small village of Himalaya Hotel. Overnight in Himalaya Hotel at Lodge( L.D.B Day 08: Himalaya Hotel to Machhapuchhare (3,700m/12,136ft). /: 6-7 hours 10km. As the altitude increases, forest gives way to alpine scrub and grasses. The valley walls steepen with the river raging far below. Explore the cave at Hinku before crossing a ravine and major avalanche track prior to reaching Deorali (3,230m/10,598ft). Breathtaking views into the sacred Annapurna Sanctuary gradually appear as the trail heads over a ridge and climbs to the Machhapuchhare Base Camp. Overnight stay in MBC at Lodge (L.D.B Day 09: Machhapuchhare Base Camp Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) and back to Dovan walking distance 6- 7 hours Machhapuchhare Base Camp Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m) and back to Dovan. The climb to Annapurna Base Camp takes under two hours. You descend a small ridge branching out from the mountain pass to mountainside with widespread terraced fields showcasing tranquil meadows and lush fertile farming land. As you reach Annapurna South Base Camp, witness awesome picturesque landscapes, majestic panoramic view of snow-capped mountainous peaks and varied Himalayan cultural settings tucked beneath the southern slopes of the Annapurna massive. Tremendous Annapurna Range stops your heart beat for a while; whole day without rest chill out around to explore ABC. At the end we will drop down back to Dovan. Overnight stay in Dovan at teahouse, (B,L, D) Day 10: Dovan trek to Jhinu Dada hotspring (1760m): walking distance 6-7 hours. Ascend on a long, steep, slippery stone staircase from the village of Dovan. Climb out of the side valley passing through deep forests of bamboo, rhododendron and oak to Chhomrong, from here steeply down trek more 45 minutes take to you Jhinu, where you can enjoy the natural hot spring small polls near Modi Khola. Meals included: Breakfast, Overnight stay in Jhinu Dada at teahouse, (B,L, D) Day 11: Jhinu to Forest Camp (2,600m/8,531 feet). Today we will be entering our second destination, the newly opened Mardi Himal. From Jhinu the next morning, we will bid farewell to the Annapurna Base Camp trail and walk the less-trodden trail to the beautiful Gurung settlement of Landruk. From Landruk we will STEEPLY ascent the Steps-Trail to Forest Camp. As the name suggests this settlement is inside the forest and its fun to spend a night. Overnight stay in Forest Camp at Teahouse( B L D) Day 12: Forest Camp to Mardi Himal High Camp (3,550m/11,646 feet). Leaving Forest Camp once again we will walk the most enchanting forest trail. This trail, though undulating with multiple small climbs in between, is really beautiful. Gradually we will ascend to the beautiful settlement of Bandal Danda (The Cloudy Hill). From Bandal Dada the next hour and a half climb takes us to High Camp at 3600 m. The view of Holy Machhapuchare (Mt. Fishtail), Annapurna South and Hiunchuli is magical. Overnight stay in Hike at Teahouse ( B L D) Day 13: Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4505m) 4,5 hours. Today we will have hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4505m) and back to High Camp on this excursion.
